You should start your morning with a coffee from Ralph's. I love their iced latte.

Next, book a workout class with a friend or whoever you're traveling with!

After working out, go shop in soho and check out all of the fun shops around the area!

After that, grab some lunch! I love the avocado smash with a poached egg and the iced latte with almond milk from hole in the wall in flatiron.

Then, check out the Chelsea flea market for some cool vintage finds if it's a Saturday or Sunday!

As the night time approaches, go out for dinner! I love going to Boucherie in the West Village for dinner but you should definitely make a reservation especially on the weekend.
