Let’s make a dopamine menu ✨

I didn’t invent this idea (I saw it years ago on IG but unfortunately didn’t save it and don’t know who the original creator of the dopamine menu is), I made my own version on Canva and printed + laminated it cause I’m extra (you can just hand write yours or write it on your phone’s notes!), and I made it over a year ago so a couple of the activities have probably changed since. It’s all about your preference on what gives YOU dopamine, but the ones that work for almost everyone are: yummy snack, good music, somatic movement/exercise!
