TJ’s lunch meal prep

Welcome to my first accountability post! I’m trying to create healthier eating habits while remaining within my budget. I’m still new to the meal prep life so pls don’t come for me. I’m learning how to portion and figure out what works for my lifestyle. The ONLY thing I know is that these meals are much healthier than my usual (drive-thrus) and that’s already a huge improvement.

So yeah, here it is!

Ingredients:

🍚 organic jasmine rice (microwaveable baggies)

🍗 ground turkey (stovetop)

🥦 broccoli, potato and bell pepper (all baked)

🧀 shredded mexican cheese blend

🧂 21 seasoning salute

🥫goddess dressing (might use if i’m feelin’ saucy)

It tastes great, but knowing I made 5 lunches for $24 makes it taste even better!
