Congratulations on your pregnancy! So now you are pregnant, what should you do?

1️⃣ Enjoy the moment!!

You will be overwhelmed with all the excitement, shocked and unbelievable. It’s ok that you take a moment to shout, cry or jump.

2️⃣ Share the good news with your partner

Think of a way to tell him the good news in whatever ways you like.

3️⃣ No rush in visiting a gynaecologist

Your baby is just a few weeks old and it is not big enough for a scan. Recommend to visit them in about 8 weeks onwards.

4️⃣ Eat as per normal

At this stage, eating too nutritious food like bird nest, chicken essence is still too early. 👶 Is still small and it won’t be able to get the necessary nutrition. Just eat as per normal and avoid raw food in case of any food contamination.
