Hi Loves! For this content, I'll be sharing with you some of pilates workout that can help you achieve smaller waist🥰

1. Spine Twist

-Legs extended, sit down on the floor. Stretch your toes and contract your inner thighs. So that you can raise up from your hips, your spine should be nicely stacked up.

-For three pulses, twist your torso away from your hips like a bottle cap. Exhale and move away from the center with each pulse. Eliminate any momentum to focus on the obliques. Ensure that you can only turn your head as far as your torso will allow. Repeat on the other side, inhaling each time to return to the center.

2. Side Lifts

-Your body should be in a single continuous line while you lay on your side. To avoid arching your back, pull your navel in and move your legs a little forward. For added support, lie on one arm with the other hand resting on the floor in front of you. Lift your legs off the floor as high as you can without letting them separate by squeezing your legs together so that they appear to be one leg.

3. Snake Twist

-Begin by bending your knees and sitting on one hip with your top foot over your bottom foot on the ground. Inhale and press up onto your feet and hand while keeping your upper hand resting palm up on the floor. Your obliques should be pulled in so that your hips may lift as high as they can. To avoid shoulder injury, pull yourself into this side plank with your shoulder directly above your wrist. You'll raise your upper arm above your head.
