Here is a new steakhouse 🥩🔥 in town, their theme is as Chefs call it the browning of the meat; scientifically it is known as the Maillard reaction.

The Maillard Grill is entirely powered by charcoal and every dish on the menu is cook to order. They are equipped with multiple grills and ovens that extract different embers and heat, hence they are able to enhance different flavours of every plate, at the same time supporting the local farming community by showcasing the amazing produces that Malaysia has to offer.
