JUST WANT COFFEE mount austin jb cafe!

recently visited jwc the factory 30 - a factory/warehouse styled cafe, located at mount austin and i really liked it!

hungry jack big breakfast (classic) 🍳 - rm 30

could choose between the classic (rm30) or beef (rm40), and also bagel or sourdough

we chose classic and sourdough! i really loved the presentation of this dish and the small frying pan is damnn cute haha

one of the BEST big breakfasts that i’ve had! the sourdough goes really well with the egg and mushroom stacked on top

smoked salmon taco 🥑 - rm 20

crunchy taco shell with avocado and smoked salmon! was pretty good just that i felt that the portion was a little small

japanese mentaiko spaghetti 🍝 - rm 30

very generous with their mentaiko and salmon cubes! wasn’t too creamy and didn’t felt jelat as well

slizzing brownie (flaming) 🍰 - rm 26

chocolate brownie with bits of nuts (i thk it’s walnut) inside, chocolate was rich and thick

we opted for the flaming version (extra rm6) where the staff came to pour something which made the whole brownie light up on fire (haha idk how to describe) but was pretty cool! didn’t manage to capture a photo of it sadly :(

dirty latte ☕️ - rm 18

isuzu matcha latte 🍵 - rm 24

drinks wise both were ok, portion was quite small but definitely looked good

also they have a wide range of cakes but quite limited quantities! wanted to try the matcha magnum roll and tie guan yin tart but they were sold out :(

would definitely recommend visiting here~ the whole cafe is pretty big (2 levels!) and had retro & rustic vibes, the ambience was pretty good! loved the interior design and felt really comfy hehe

food wise everything was pretty yums, presentation was good and they do have a large varieties to choose from as well! however the place is quite hidden among the industrial area in mount austin so will need car to get here

pricing was slightly higher than other jb cafes but again definitely cheaper than in sg!
