toasted marshmallow latte recipe 🤍

part of why this has been my go-to coffee recipe lately is because of how easy it is to prepare! i also love that it's seasonal, but not "traditional". i like to try new flavors from time to time!

nutpods creamers are great imo. they sometimes separate and they're not sweet, which some may not like, but a swirl of your cup solves the separation issue and I personally dislike overly sweet coffee.

so the recipe! it's just your standard latte - espresso topped with steamed milk. a small latte would be a shot of espresso with 4 oz. of steamed milk. you'll fill up your milk frothing pitcher with mostly whatever milk of choice, then top it with the toasted marshmallow creamer. froth it all up, then pour over your espresso!

if you did this with only creamer, your latte would be overly flavored and probably hard to enjoy. you want a balanced toasted marshmallow flavor, and the nutpods are flavorful enough using their suggested serving size, so that's why you need plain milk for the rest of the latte. i look at the creamer as the flavor syrup in this instance, so a little goes a long way. of course, feel free to adjust to your flavor preference! start with the tablespoon and go from there.
