It’s PSL season! 🍂🎃 let’s make pumpkin spice latte

Serving up fall vibes at slowhitecafe, but with a healthy twist - plus, the spices in pumpkin pie spice just happen to be what my TCM doctor recommends!

Ingredients:

- 40g steamed pumpkin

- 2 shots espresso

- 170ml milk of choice

- 0.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice

- 1 tsp maple syrup

Steps:

1. Blend steamed pumpkin

2. Add everything else and blend until smooth.

3. Serve with ice

That’s it! Creamy, simple and healthy! 🍁
