one of my friends really enjoys potato chips so I did up this comparison for her. you can still enjoy potato chips while on a diet but must choose wisely. here are some tips to enjoy!!

1. stick to portion sizes, get the single serve portions if possible. if you look at pringles original, just a mere 26 chips provides 130 calories and 7g of fat. some of the chips don't have serving sizes and it's easy to polish off the whole bag. for example, tyrells comes in a 150g bag... that's 700+ calories if you finish the bag!

2. choose chips with lower fat content. I've sorted the list based on the fat per gram of food. the top contenders are red rock honey soy chicken, tyrells sea salt and pringles original.

3. protein is negligible in chips, so pair your indulgence with something protein rich like yogurt or egg to help fill you up!

4. avoid Jack n Jill BBQ flavour like the devil. it's a whopping 90 calories per serving but there are 4.5 servings in a bag. so it's 405 calories if you finish the bag (it's not even a huge bag....). it also has the highest fat content...!
