Best Day Trip from Panama City, Panama

Portobelo and Venas Azules - Colón were my favorite places I visited in Panama! FromPanama City it makes a perfect day trip! I booked my tour with Ancon Expeditions and absolutely recommend them. ⏰Time: This is a full day tour leaving at 7am and arriving back at 3 or 4pm, lunch is included

💰Cost: Roughly $200 per person

📒Notes: This is a very active tour, only for people who are able to do highly active activities

👍What You Do: You will start the tour by stopping in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Portobelo and see some incredible ruins. After that you will hop on a boat and cruise around Venas Azules seeing sloths, monkeys, and stopping at some hidden beaches. Before heading back you have the opportunity to do some snorkeling!

⭐️Overall rating: 5/5: I had the most amazing time on this tour and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Panama! Portobelo and Venas Azules are a must see while in Panama and this is the easiest way to visit them! But if you don’t want to spend that much money, understood - you could rent a car and take it to Portobelo for the day instead!
