Make my daughters Graduation Dress with me

In May 2024, my daughter graduated 8th grade and the whole school year we searched and searched for the dress she wanted- only to find dresses not appropriate for a 14 year old. So I decided for the first time ever, was I gonna make her dress!

I turned out fabulous but it was a struggle! She hated it through the whole process. I kept repeating “just trust me…” and the teen spirit just didn’t wanna hear it. I didn’t want to ask for help, but eventually I did! Thank you mom and Alyssa for your assistance!

I cried a lot, because I thought I wasn’t going to do a good job, or bc she didn’t like it, or bc I was stuck. It was hard to ask for help, but in the end, it turned out perfect!

You CAN do anything you set your mind too!

Don’t give up! Keep pushing! Trust the process!
