For the overthinkers

As a person who’s struggled with letting go during sex I’ve read numerous articles on how to calm my mind. I’ve realized it’s my comfortability with the people I’ve been with. I’ve learned to let go and tell my partners what is best for me. Many men are known to be a bit selfish in the bedroom which I’ve also struggled with just focusing on them and not myself. Remember sex is art and shouldn’t just be about the act but more about yourself. Foreplay has helped a lot in my overthinking and made me more comfortable during it and allowed me to focus on me and fulfill my needs.
