Sunday Non negotiables

Sunday is my favorite day of the week for many reasons but mostly because Im super productive and get my to do list done one by one. I look forward to my sunday routine and here are some things you might want to implement into your routine!

A pinterest scroll never hurt anyone. I love creating mood boards for the week, its very inspiring and I find it keeps me always looking ahead at my goals, dreams, and aspirations. Its a fun and creative place for me to get excited for the new week.

Sunday is meant for bagels am I right? I look at it as my cheat meal before the new week to start on a clean slate. Im also huge into eating what your body craves. No restriction going on over here.

Take a walk outside! catch the sunset or sunrise and see everyone around you enjoying nature as well! It's always nice to remind yourself how beautiful nature is no matter where you live.
