Let Take - Alternatives to Periods

Being honest I have PCOS so I didn’t have a great pattern or flow so these have been a game changers for me the hassle of buy and not using pads and tampon.

I got tired, I found a new way to alternate with menstrual cup and period panties! I have a good sense of my body so these I know don’t work for many but if you wanna give them a try go for it! I haven’t bought pad or tampons for 7 years now that like a a major saving!

For period panties - they are cute and I find them better then pad because they hold shape to my body and I never have to worry about leaks,

CLEAN WITH COLD WATER!!! Then put them In the wash!

For menstrual cups - Now it’s not easy a first I had some many time I had issue in the start looking at the website for Intimina gave my the info to not fail using menstrual cups

It’s expensive at first
