Self Growth Activity: Current me vs Future me 🎀

This Something To be proud of and Its proven at least for me! A transition from the current Life To where I want to be.✨🤍 of course it won’t happen overnight.

I would like to give my most gratitude to a friend of mine, Kak Tinie for the knowledge she shares back in 2018.

A simple activity called Current me vs Future me.

Here are the Steps for you to try it too!

✍️ get the A4 paper , fold it in half.

Left : current me Right: future me

✍️ Draw out yourself for both sides. Its ok if u cant draw but drawing will make your imagination real. Even though some might not see the picture you see it with your own Eye.

✍️ only for 15 mins write down what do you think your current state are on the left.

✍️ repeat for the right side that u want to improve or just be in another “situation than now.

You can also do this in your notebook or any journal books. I prefer it to be on a paper so I can store it in a file or paste up on my wall.

This exercise gives me an overview of my stand ground and having purpose to live. There is no right. There is no wrong way to do it. Nobody is going to judge what you wrote.
