Acnes Cleared but it’s not because of skincare🤨

I used to buy tons of skincare products and change new products every now and then out of desperation. of course we should use skincare to maintain and improve our skin condition butttt we shouldn’t neglect our gut health!!! I decided to change my diet earlier this year and I have been seeing amazing results in my skin🤍

🎀I drink a bottle of liquid kombucha every other day to improve digestion and gut health in general (I don’t like drinking kombucha powder, just my personal take)

🎀I eat alfalfa salad and put alfalfa in my sandwich, especially during my period to reduce skin inflammations✨

I now experience very less breakouts and my skin is hydrated and healthy✨
