But since I masuk 40an and lebih more health-concious I lebih banyakkan minum air masak, plain tea and coffee je nowadays. Air manis I akan sip sikit-sikit je

But before that how to read the label dekat bottle atau tin?
You tengok per serving dia tulis berapa and per 100ml berapa and just kira berapa banyak you drink ya
calculation ; 4gm = 1 tea spoon sugar
Minuman yang I dah check as per below
1. 1 Kopi tin ~ 6.0 tsp gula
2. 1 botol Yogurt drink ~ 6.0 tsp gula
3. 1 botol Minuman bergas ~ 2.5 tsp gula
4. 1 cup cordial ~ 7.0 sudu teh gula
5. 1 cup juice ~ 5.0 sudu teh gula
6. 1 stick coffee 3 in 1 ~ 2.5 sudu teh gula
Can you see how many sugar yang kita minum seharian? ๐ฑ
Antara masalah yang boleh dapat jika constantly minum manis-manis
โข weight gain
โข obesity
โข diabetes
โข heart disease
โข kidney disease
โข liver disease
โข tooth decay & cavities
โข gout
Tips macam mana nak elak dari minum manis-manis?
โข make sure you sentiasa minum air masak
โข keep hydrated
โข and jangan beli/stock up
โข if driving jauh, make a habit to take plain coffee with you
โข if you minum coffee don't add creamer etc
โข also don't fall for organic sugar, artificial sugar or stevia etc because technically still manis ya
