Yes I’ve graduated form uni but I still refuse to fork out for mediocre food around my office 😀

I’ve always been in the business of meal prepping bcus I believe it saves me so much money and helps me track my calories more efficiently! Singaporean food is also really full of sodium and oil and isn’t the best for eating everyday.

This is a Thai-style stir-fried minced chicken which incorporates the yummy flavours of Thai cuisine while still keeping the dish really simple! It’s one of #MyGoTo meals that I bring to office and it’s always gotten envious stares from colleagues 😀

Steps are illustrated in the pictures, it’s a step by step process of how to make it :)

Ingredients:

- 500g minced chicken (I like chicken breast but chicken thigh is more juicy and tender for sure)

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 chilli padi, sliced (use more if you like it spicier)

- Half an onion, sliced

- 1 tbsp oyster sauce

- 1 tsp dark soy sauce

- 1 tsp light soy sauce

- 1 tsp fish sauce

- 1 tsp sugar

- 3 scallions, sliced

- Coriander (optional, omit if you hate it ofc)

From prep to cooking it takes only about 15-mins and it’s made in one pan which makes clean up super easy (I usually use just the chopping board but I had to make it aesthetic for this post LOL) 😝

It’s super yummy and super easy to keep for next day. This recipe produces about 4 servings. Have it with rice and a raw egg (buy from Donki) bcus it’s super delicious!!!!!!!!!
