Subtle flex: I rarely get sick bcus my immune system is pretty strong! I would like to think that itโs because I make my health a priority ๐ค
I want to preface that I focus on getting my vitamins and nutrients from my food, but itโs impossible to get everything in a day from your 3 meals. So, itโs never a bad idea to have a little top-up! ๐
These are what I take on the daily:

This is a handy little vitamin that actually tastes good to help me supplement those essentials nutrients for daily functioning.
I donโt like spending time in the sun + I slather on that sunscreen + Iโm in office the whole day, so vitamin D is lacking on my part!!! Vitamin D is so important โ it helps the body absorb calcium for those strong bones ๐ฆด and this gives your FULL requirements in vitamin D.
Also has a good dosage of other vitamins like A, E, B6!
I like that it has added biotin to strengthen hair and nails as well, great if you have brittle hair and nails ๐๐ป
NGL SWALLOWING PILLS is painful so I enjoy this gummy version since it tastes like a sweetโฆIโm really just a child cosplaying as an adult ๐ฉ๐ป

Besides modifying my workout routine ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ, I also take the iron supplements during my period when Iโm losing a lot of blood.
While it doesnโt help with menses cramps, I see it as a long run kinda thing where I replenish my iron stores for a rainy day ๐
Iron is vvv important and low levels of iron can cause dizziness, headaches, and lightheadedness.

I recently learned that bone density peaks around your 30s and goes downhill after that. Thatโs why this is such a critical period to building up those bones โ brittle bones will break easily and Iโm sure no one wants that ๐ณ
Calcium is pretty easy to get if you eat a diet rich in dairy (which I do). However, I skip out on the dairy during my period as it makes my cramps worse lol ๐ฉ
This is also a supplement I take during period times โ ESPECIALLY bcus itโs shown to help with cramps which is MUCH APPRECIATED ๐

Okay this is an essential as claimed by my Asian parents ๐คช
However, itโs not without good reason โ omega-3s are linked to lower blood pressure, LDL (bad cholesterol), lower levels of plague in the arteries.
Basically, it mitigates the precursors to serious stuff like heart disease and stroke.
Your body doesnโt make this so you NEED to ingest it! Omega-3 is easily found in fatty fish BUT Iโm more of a chicken breast gal (unless itโs sashimi but $$$) so taking this orally helps supplement my omega-3 intake nicely.

I think the key thing is that vitamin C is an antioxidant, meaning it protects you from free radicals and keeps your cells strong and healthy.
Free radicals result in this phenomenon called oxidative stress (I know, how absolutely yuck, I actually had to study this in uni), which destroys your cells and is linked to the onset of brain diseases ๐ฑ
Super important โ usually buy this when Iโm in USA bcus itโs super cheap there ๐ I got a huge tub for like $13 hehe.

Donโt listen to the price quoted on the website, they usually give discounts of around 55-60% so once you apply that, it works out really cheap (not affiliated but if you need help finding good promo codes I gotchu fam just ask me) ๐ค๐ผ๐
For example, I usually get the Multivitamin Gummies at around $16 for a 60-day supply! A bit more pricey but it tastes good so I donโt mind.
I bought my omega-3s at around $70 for 1000 pieces which works out cheaper than supplement retailers like iHerb. You can check it out and compare but I think itโs one of the cheapest around.
Highly recommend picking up vitamin C if youโre in Europe or USA as itโs very cheap there!
