The colony @$78++ , hit or miss ??

I went back to the "The Colony" at Ritz-Carlton !! It is my 3rd-4th time within two years, so... (I love food) 😅😅😅

I went for their Saturday lunch buffet; let's review!!

✔️ Their Saturday buffet lunch starts at $78++ from 12-230pm !!

1) Varieties

✅ The price does give you a good array of food, from fresh seafood to a variety of cuisines, is worthy if you want a bit of everything. While there's something for everyone, I noticed that there were a few options for each or some genre/ cuisine of food !!

2) Taste

✅ What keeps me coming back to The Colony ?

The quality of their food. The seafood, in particular, is a standout-fresh, juicy, and free from any unpleasant taste or smell 🤤🤤🤤. Their cooked dishes are also consistently well-prepared, making every visit a delight for the taste buds. Most of their food had so much flavour and taste, except for their noodle bar and Indian food ❌. It lacked spice and flavour for me all three times I have gone, so take note !!

Service

✅ I love every service staff member with my heart, and they always have my respect 🫡🫡. The colony really had excellent service throughout the 2.5 hours. It was packed, but the staff were so nice and accommodating. The chefs were very nice as well when ordering food, A MAJOR PLUS POINT FOR ME !!

Overall, is it worth it? Yes, it's worth it for a buffet lunch!! The weekday lunch menu and weekend lunch menu are different by $4, so you can save some by going for the lunch menu 😬😬
