Here are the ways to do facial yoga:

1. Pull Lips

- If done regularly, this helps lift the facial muscles making you look younger with a prominent jawline and high cheekbones.

- How to do this: Start in a standing or sitting position with your head in a normal position. Now, lift your lower lip as high as possible by pushing the lower jaw bone out. You will feel the stretch and tension in the chin and jaw line muscles. Stay like this for ten to fifteen seconds and relax. Do the lip pull exercise ten to fifteen times with stretching.

2. Chin Lock

- This exercise will shape your face and relax your jaw line muscles.

- How to do it: Sit in the Lotus position and take a deep breath. Place your hands on your interest, lift your shoulders up and bend forward. Tuck your chin firmly into your chest between your collar bones. Hold your breath as long as possible. Relax and then repeat the same thing.

3. Fish face

- If you love taking selfies, then you've already mastered this facial exercise. Fish face color and stretch your cheek muscles.

- How to do: Inhale the cheeks and lips like a fish. Hold this position for a while and try to smile. Repeat the exercise throughout the day to see faster results.

4. Eye Focus

- This exercise will make your eyebrows smooth.

- How to do it: Open your eyes as wide as possible and make sure your eyebrows are not wrinkled. Stay this way and focus on a point in the distance. Relax and repeat after a while.

5. Dessert Movement

- This technique will tighten your cheeks and help you get rid of a double chin.

- How to do it: Fill your mouth with air and move the air from one side of your mouth to the other, just like you're cleaning your mouth with mouthwash. Repeat five to ten times in a row for best results.
