New York Sour ✨

2 oz Whiskey Bourbon

1.5 oz Fresh Lemon juice

3/4 Maple Syrup

1 egg white (optional)

1 btl red wine

Garnish: lemon twist

1- combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker, then dry shake (without ice)

2- add ice then shake again

3- strain over fresh ice, add your red wine slowly.

4- Garnish and Serve
