You guys know im not the BIGGEST mimosa fan (it’s the OJ for me) butttt this DEFINITELY has brought me back over on this side!!! “Amazing… I’ll take 14 right now!! ☺️

Frozen Strawberry Rum Mimosa (RUMosa) ✨

1 oz rum

3-4 oz Prosecco

2/3 oz Strawberry simple syrup

🧊: orange juice (I used 3)

Garnish: orange wheel

1- freeze your orange juice overnight

2- combine your orange juice, ice cubes and the remaining ingredients in the blender and pulse

3- add your strawberry simple syrup to the glass, pour in your frozen rumosa

4- garnish and serve
