French 75 Jell-O Shots ✨🥂

½ cup Gin

1 cup Prosecco

1/3 cup Lemon juice

1/3 cup Simple Syrup

½ cup Hot water

2 pks Unflavored Gelatin

Garnish: lemon slice

1- dissolve your gelatin in the hot water with the simple syrup

2- add in the remaining ingredients

3- serve out the shots, refrigerate for at least 3 hours

4- garnish and serve
