Hailey Bieber Inspired Red Lip Combo

Ever since I saw this photo of Hailey Bieber I have been obsessed and wanting to do red lips for once. Something about this combo is so much more wearable than your traditional red lips. This is my best dupe for the lip combo she is wearing in this photo and I think I got pretty close!

Step 1: apply dibs No Pressure Lip Liner in Shade 4, “Pretty Spicy”. It’s the perfect blue-toned red liner

Step 2: apply Covergirl Tinted Lip Balm in shade “I Cherryish You” over top. This is the perfect slightly-sheer red balm to complement the liner and create a nice gradient effect like Hailey has in the photo.

Step 3: Top with Rhode Peptide Lip Treatment. This will add a juicy shine and it’s also what Hailey used to top her lips in the inspo photo!
