Visit Langley, Washington from Seattle

If you live in the Pacific Northwest, I'm sure you've wanted to see whales while exploring the Puget Sound. Langley, Washington is a great place to explore to either learn more about the local whale populations or to sit and ring the bell once you spot one in the water.

While I was here I saw 2 orcas off the coast, and that was a first for me! The town of Langley takes a little bit of effort to get to, since you need to take a ferry ride to get to Whidbey Island and drive about 10 mins to the town. Once you're there, park and walk around the main street that is filled with restaurants and local shops.

I had a blast just spending a few hours here. It's a nice day trip if you're looking for something quick and close to Seattle.
