•COFFEE & CORTISOL•
Cortisol is a hormone produced by the adrenal glands in response to stress or as part of the body's natural wake-up cycle. Here's how coffee can affect cortisol levels:

☕️ It's important to note that moderate coffee consumption is generally considered safe however, while navigating through my Lyme Disease journey I’ve found that my body feels it’s best on days I skip coffee. I notice I’m less light headed & lowered joint pain. Due to this, I’ve limited my coffee intake to roughly 2-3 days a week. What works best for you?
