One of my favorite work books!

If you struggle with self love and mental health then I really suggest this book. I found out about them on tiktok and really love the reading portion and then the quizzes it asks you about how you are feeling and it gives you section to journal about your struggles too.

I really like this! I love that you fill it out and then the next week you can check back in and see the progress you’ve made.
