Condo hunting 🤍

I’ve been condo hunting for only a short amount of time. But THIS one met every one of my expectations!

🤍 no LEAD paint was used, which means it’s safe for my 7 month old son

🤍 Modern, everything was up to date. I don’t even need keys it’s based on putting in a code to get into the home.

🤍 The black doors and windows complimented to home so well and gave a luxury vibe to it which I LOVED. the realtor kept saying I can change it but honestly I would keep it.

🤍 the Marble in the kitchen also gave luxury.

🤍 The Patio was Perfect. I love privacy, and the layout of the patio was great. A building hid that spot so if anyone were to see the patio you couldn’t because of the building next door. So I was like it was closed off for others to see. Especially since I’ll most likely have my son there to play.

🤍 the bedrooms, bathrooms, closets CHEFS KISS 💋
