The truth is, most people don’t want to eat the same thing every single day. That’s why the traditional method of meal prepping 4-5 containers of the same dish isn’t a sustainable approach for most people.

When I had my very first clients as a personal chef, we learned very quickly what worked and what didn’t work for them. It was instantly apparent that prepping full meals to be reheated each night wasn’t desirable.

Through trial and error we figured out what DID work: batch cooking. What’s batch cooking? It’s prepping large batches of individual ingredients to be mix and matched throughout the week with the addition of a few fresh finishing touches.

•ability to mix and match to keep things interesting

•you can adjust your meals more easily to accommodate picky eaters
