It’s always a good day for a ballet🩰

Cincinnati Ballet performed Beauty and the Beast (my FAVORITE of all things Disney). I purchased these tickets months ago and excited was an understatement! 💛

Upon entering the Aronoff Center a wonderfully crafted atmosphere set the tone. It was decorated to feel like the interior of a castle which aided in my excitment. We took photos, grabbed drinks and settled into our seats.

Dancers flooded the stage with such beautiful choreography of precision and grace. The art of ballet is truly magical!

⭐️BUT, it was far from the traditional storyline of Beauty and the Beast that I love so much. It caught me off guard and was a bit comical. It felt like so much was missing. (Because it was)

Overall, I would attend this ballet again! The dancers were GREAT! My advice for people is just keep an open mind! Different isn’t always a bad thing but definitely to be expected!
