You won’t even miss the noodles in this Low Crab Lasagna.

Great way to have comfort food without the guilt!

Brown the ground beef, onion and garlic and drain. Then stir in the marinara sauce and let simmer. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, half of your mozzarella and half of your parmesan and season to taste.

In the bottom of your 9 x 13 pan add a thin layer of sauce, then top with a layer of deli meat, next layer a third of the cheese mixture, top with the sauce then repeat until all ingredients have been used.

Then top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbling brown. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
