My 1 Month Old's Bedtime Routine

She absolutely loves the swaddleme compression swaddle- instantly sooths her! We start bedtime routine at 9 and she's asleep between 9:30-10 PM.

She usually only wakes up once for food and a change but sometimes she doesn't wake up at all. I did not set her on a sleep schedule we made this schedule around her. Since she was born, starting in the hospital we open the curtains when there is sunlight and close them when it is dark. So she usually wakes up around 6 AM and eats and has a small wake window then falls back asleep for a morning nap then awake for the day at 8 AM.
