Tokyo Neapolitan-style pizza 🍕

We had 3 pizzas for 2 person, top with a mini pot lagzana!! I mean we waited for 1.5 months to get this booking, so we over ordered but we actually devoured everything including the crust of the pizza(definitely an indication of a good pizza🍕 )

What we ordered at Beyond the Dough:

1. Singapore Rampage - Beyond the dough signature pizza! It’s made with over 100 fresh prawns simmered for 20 hours to draw out all that robust, prawn head flavour!!

2. 5 Formaggi

you’re a fan of sweet and savoury combis, do not sleep on the 5 Formaggi. Smoked mozzarella, gorgonzola, parmigiana, mascarpone, and taleggio cheese come together for a savoury flavour bomb.

With a hint of honey drizzle on top of the pizza, I can easily say this is one of my fav!!! So good!!! It’s not overwhelming or overly cheesy!!

3. Home Made Mini Bucket Lasagna

It’s so mini but flavourful, we enjoyed every bit of this mini pot lasagna. This is limited to 1 pot per pax.

4. Beyond Bianca

Mascarpone, velvety buffalo mozzarella and burrata top with truffle oil and salt at the side!

In my opinion this was a little disappointing because the burrata was little hard and it was abit too heavy for us, but it could also be cause we were already so full yet greedy so we order this pizza when our stomach were 3/4 full.

5. For drinks we ordered the earl grey spritz, quite enjoyed it!! It’s a rather refreshing one!! 👏

If you were to secure a visit to Beyond the dough, I’ll highly recommend the Singapore rampage & 5 formaggi!!! The pizzas were so good, it’s airy light, and crispy in the outside. It’s thin but not too thin!! I’ll want to be back for more!!! & maybe try their margaritas pizza too!!
