This year, I wanted to make a healthier mooncake that’s not too sweet and are diabetic friendly. Since the sweet potatoes are naturally sweetened, I didn’t add any sugar aside from condensed milk. I also used coconut oil instead of regular oil as a healthier option and amplified the coconut flavor with coconut milk 😊
