Bolo Bao (Chinese pineapple bun) Burger 🍔

I call this the… “bolo bao double double”😄 This 🍔 has 2 beef patties sandwiched between muenster cheese, tomato, lettuce, and sacha (Chinese bbq sauce) mayo on a toasted bolo bao (chinese pineapple bun) it doesn’t actually have pineapple in it just looks like one :) The bolo bao surprisingly makes a great burger bun! It’s super soft similar to a brioche and has a a subtly sweet crunchy top that balances all the savory notes. 10/10 will make again! 👍
