Spam & Egg Patties! 🍳 Spam Series part 5!

Spam Series part 5! Today, we have “Spam & Egg Patties” 🍳 these are perfect to eat with rice, noodles or even by itself. For the egg, I’ve added in diced carrots, spam and green onions but you can use whatever you’d like. The world is your oyster 🙂 enjoy!

Ingredients: (6 Patties)

- 1 can of spam

- 3 eggs

- 1/2 small carrot

- Green onions

- Chicken bouillon

Instructions:

1. Cut the spam into 6 slices

2. Cut out a rectangle in the middle and dice up one of the rectangles for the filling

3. In a bowl, crack in 3 eggs and scramble

4. Add in diced carrots, green onions, spam and chicken bouillon. Mix mix mix!

5. On medium-low heat, place your spam slices in a hot pan

6. Spoon the egg mixture in the middle and cook with lid on for 3-4mins

7. Once the egg looks mostly solidified, flipped them over and cook for 1 min and serve!

8. Enjoy with rice, noodles or by itself 😋
