Hong Kong French Toast 🍞With PB + Condensed Milk 😋

there’s no other way I’d rather have my French toast! Traditionally, it’s made with 2 thick slices of milk bread but since mine were thin, I’ve used 3 for more height 😜

Ingredients:

- Milk bread

- Peanut butter

- Condensed milk

- Eggs

- Butter

Instructions:

1. Trim the crust off your milk bread

2. Spread peanut butter on the slices

3. Stack the slices on top of each other

4. Scramble your eggs and coat your bread with it.

5. In a pan on med low heat, add a generous amount of oil. You’re essentially shallow frying the toast

6. Place your toast in and fry each side for a 1 min (including the edges!)

7. Plate up! Add butter on top and a drizzle of condensed milk. Don’t shy! Be generous with it ;P

8. Enjoy!
