Ingredients:

Tangzhong (water roux)

- Water - 3 tbsp (43g)

- Whole Milk - 3 tbsp (43g)

- Bread flour - 2 tbsp (14g)

Dough

- Whole milk - 3/4 cups (184g)

- Unsalted Butter (Melted) - 4 tbsp (56g)

- 1 egg

- Sugar - 1/3 cup (67g)

- Bread flour - 2 1/2 cup (300g)

- A pinch of salt

Others

- 10 hot dogs

- Green onions

- Sesame seeds (white & black)

- Shredded cheese (mozzarella and cheddar)

Sugar Glaze

- Sugar - 1/4 cup (55g)

- Water - 1/4 cup (59g)
