Super Mario “Super Star” Omurice ⭐️

Shoutout to all the Super Mario fans!! You’ll love this “Super Star” ⭐️ Omurice inspired by the Super Mario Bros movie 🎥🍿The movie definitely lived up to the anticipation. From the animation to the video game references, fantastic job ! My favorite part was when Mario used the super star power ups to kick Bowser’s butt! 👊 which is also my inspiration for this dish 😄

For the fried rice, I’ve sautéed shallots, green onion whites and garlic. Added in diced carrots, asparagus, peas, day old rice, dark mushroom soy sauce, chicken bouillon, and ketchup!

The super star is made with 3 yolks (for deeper the yellow color), 1 whole egg and a pinch of salt. For the eyes, I snipped them out of seaweed. ✂️
