New to Lemon8!
Something I love:
- cut out ALL added sugars
- No junk (no candy, cakes, etc)
- No soda
- No white breads or refined pasta
- No red meat (if you do, do it rarely)
- No dairy (if you do, do it rarely and sparingly)
- Eat fish and chicken (not fried)
- Wheat breads
- Organic fruits, vegetables, etc
- If you need caffeine, get it naturally.
- Drink water with fresh lemon
- smaller portion meals
- Intermittent fasting
Personally, I usually skip breakfast (not a fan) I also fast starting at 7pm for usually 18 hours. 🫶🏻
👍Pros:
• You will feel better
• You will learn self control
• You will lose weight
• Your hormones will be more balanced
• Hormonal acne should go away
• Periods should start to become regular
• You will be proud of yourself!
🤔Cons:
• It can take a while to get to where you want (I noticed a difference in 4 weeks,but it took 2 years for me to lose it all)
• You will crave for everything for a while before you get use to your new diet.
