finding new hobbies ♥ adult coloring books

Hi everyone! I’m challenging myself to get off my phone and find some new hobbies and self care habits that don’t involve screen time. My first idea was coloring!

What I enjoyed about it:

💫 practicing mindfulness

💫 super easy to start, and there’s tons of different books available online

💫 low cost

💫artistic without the pressure of creating something from scratch

I used the book Worlds of Wonder by Johanna basford on Amazon, and the Ohuhu water based markers :)

Overall i definitely think I’ll incorporate this into something I do daily, it was really calming and nice to just disconnect and focus on something that didn’t take up too much brain power :)
