he’s been sleeping with other girls

okay i am going to be so vulnerable here but i have been seeing a guy for a little while now and i really liked him and was happy and we had started talking about long term plans. last night i found out that he has been talking to and sleeping with other women that he has met on tinder. he lied to my face and told me it was only one girl and it only happened once but i found out that there were multiple women and he has been sleeping around practically the entire time we have been seeing eachother. he told me he loved me and i believed him but now i just feel so stupid. he blamed me and told me that it wasn’t his fault because “we weren’t technically dating” and that is such bs, this has never been casual and i have been with him exclusively since the day we started talking. he cried and has been begging me for a second chance but i really don’t know what to do and i am so conflicted. my heart hurts so much because i still really love him but i can’t trust him after this and i really don’t think he will ever change.
