Sebagai seorang penyintas lupus, aku tetap menjalani aktivitas biasa seperti sebelum di diagnosa😌

Lupus memang kadang harus berjuang keras, flare bisa datang tiba-tiba, terutama saat bekerja. Flare-ups happen, and I might need to take it a bit easier, but I’m all about staying positive and pushing through. I try to keep things low-key when I’m having a rough day, I'd rather keep my struggles to myself than put extra stress on my colleagues.👌✌️

Every day is a new chance to tackle lupus head-on with a smile. Big thanks to everyone who’s been supportive and understanding along the way. Together, we can face the challenges and keep moving forward.
