The best hydrating face mask ever 🤯

If your face is SCREAMING for hydration, you should definitely try this face mask.

I managed to snag the Dr. Jart Vital Hydra Solution masks from the Beauty Fiesta sale a few months back (honestly a steal because these are going for $18/box?! 👹👹) but didn’t really feel the need to try them until lately when my skin felt super dry no matter what I used.

First impressions:

🫶🏼Mask was thin and comfortable, sat on my face without slipping around too much & I could easily stretch and manipulate the mask to fit my face well

🫶🏼There was little to no fragrance for this mask & it didn’t sting my face (I have sensitive skin 😔)

🫶🏼 Generous with the essence, and the watery essence did not drip everywhere!

🫶🏼 Left my face feeling fresh and bouncy, if you could quench your skin’s thirst, this is probably how it would feel like. It feels like my skin just slurped up lots and lots of water.

Lets now delve a little deeper into the mask & what it does:

The Vital Hydra Solution Mask is made with fine cellulose fiber to help active ingredients penetrate deeply for ultimate hydration.

It contains aquaxyl and xylitol to enhance moisture retention and strengthen the skin’s barrier by preventing water loss. 🌊

Oligo-hyaluronic acid and algae extract supports long-lasting moisturization and supports natural collagen synthesis to keep skin looking and feeling hydrated and completely refreshed. ✨

Other thoughts:

It can be a little pricey for a mask to be used often ($18 for 5 masks 😭) but I think its a good mask to reach for when you feel like your skin needs an extra boost!

Also extra tip: your lips are also part of your skin! I like to fold my hydrating masks up after masking and put them over my lips for a “lip mask” then applying my lipbalm over it once I’m done. It makes my lips super hydrated and moist. By doing this I never have to buy additional lip masks anymore 🙂‍↔️😛
