✨ My New Zealand Proposal Story 💍 ✨

As its my first zesty post I want to start with a positive note 💕

I lowkey knew the proposal was coming since we had got our rings few months before the trip, but had no clue it would happen on the Hooker Valley Trail! I was kind of sick thanks to the weather, but honestly, the views were insane.

Here’s how it went down:

🩶 First stop: Lake Tekapo – here’s us looking all cute and walking near the lake during winter season. FYI! Super underrated time to go to New Zealand

🩶 Cut to us walking the trail and then… it happened! The proposal, captured perfectly by our friends, who were absolute gems throughout the whole thing. We chose not to hire professional photographers since we wanted to spend more on the trip instead 🥰

🩶 Me trying not to cry and… failing. I had this whole plan to stay composed, but yeah, emotions don’t care about plans.

🩶 And finally, my ring – I opted for a wedding band instead of the usual big diamond because that’s just not my style. Keeping it simple, but meaningful.
