Do you read because of TREND?

As a fellow readers, it excite me the most when I saw more people are starting to read books because that's mean more bookish friends! But I' wondering, do people nowadays start to read because of a trend?

Don't get me wrong, it's good to see people reading regardless of their motives but be mindful with the books you're reading especially if you're below 18+. I saw a lot of overhype books that are mostly 18+ all over the social media and what's worst is that there are young teens wanting to read those books. Which obviously wrong because it's not catered for their age. Therefore if you want to read, make sure it's appropriate with your age ☝🏻

I hope all the adults here who have younger sister or niece or anyone related that love reading books, please check what kind of books they're reading and whether it's appropriate or not. Together we make reading fun and safe for everyone 🫶🏻
