A perfect breakfast- no bowl required!

I loveee papaya boats as a nourishing breakfast and this one was a total win!

Here’s how I made two breakfast bowls:

1 Papaya (cut in half & seeds removed)

6 ounces vegan yogurt ( I used 🍓)

¼ cup fresh blueberries

2 Tablespoons grain-free granola

1 kiwi

½ banana, thinly sliced

2 strawberries, cut in half

1 Tablespoon dried coconut flakes

Drizzle of agave (optional)
