Affordable Glamping in Monterey, CA

Looking for a glamping getaway from San Francisco? Located just 105 miles south of SF is Marina Dunes Resort. Marina Dunes RV Park has not only glamping tents ⛺️, but also, RV hookups & small cabins. I stayed in the tents which sleep up to two people & your pups are welcome to join you too!

What is included: the tents are very spacious and have a queen bed, perfect for two. They are equipped with electricity 🔌so you can charge your phones or watch a movie on your computer. Fire pits & Adirondack chairs. Showers are on site & you're not too far from Monterey where you can dine.

📍Location: The glamping tents are 15 minutes from Fisherman's Wharf in Monterey. I personally love the fish & chips from the Old Fisherman's Grotto. I would order it to-go & enjoy my dinner by the bonfire at the tent! Also, if you're at the wharf, nearby is Alvarado Street Brewery if you're interested in drinking local beer.

💲: Tents start at $160/ night

👎🏽Cons: I will say, the tents are very close to the highway so it was a bit noisy. It isn't as secluded as you might want for a camping experience, but you get the perks of accessibility to the area around you. I suggest packing earplugs!
